ABOUT ME:

Hi! I’m Isabel, or Izzie for short. I’m an artist and a collector with the biggest Dragon Detective collection you’ll ever see! I love drawing, watching old movies and especially hunting for bargains! ^.^

WHAT DO I DO:

Maybe this is where I should’ve said I’m an artist, oh well! I work as a freelance artist which can be a bit boring sometimes but I get to set my own hours which is great because I am *not* a morning person ehehe… Not that you have to worry about that any time soon, mister!

THE FIRST THING PEOPLE NOTICE ABOUT ME:

I guess it’s my horns? Or maybe my wings? I wanna say my horns, if only because I’m sooooo sick of the ‘horny’ jokes I hear EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

FAVORITE BOOKS, MOVIES, SHOWS, MUSIC AND FOOD:

Books: Dragon Detective. The stories are just such classics! I never get tired of reading them. If only Fukakusa-sensei was still around to write more TT^TT

Movies: The old Dragon Detective movies. I managed to track a bunch of them down on VHS, but I’m still looking for The Dragon Detective & The Scaly Scullery Maid. It’s literally impossible to find, but I’ll keep looking! I also like pretty much everything by Studio Dhibli and once in a blue moon I’ll watch monster movies. They’re so bad, but I like watching them with friends so we can poke fun at them together.

Shows: I don’t really watch TV… ^.^;;;

Music: Usually I only listen to music when I’m drawing, but during those times the music is more like a white noise to keep me from getting distracted hehe… I like electronic music though, it’s simple and rhythmic, very good for keeping me focused!

Food: Meat! Lots and lots of meat! Just kidding, I just thought you’d think I’d be a massive carnivore because of my, well, dragon-ness. I like almost anything, but I really like sushi! It’s just so pretty and it’s got fish in it (most of the time). I love going to all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants, so if we end up going on a date… *HINT HINT*
